Breakfast Buffet

For all breakfast lovers under the sun, who love to start the day with an extensive gourmet meal, there is now the tastiest breakfast buffet around.

Order your egg at our open kitchen the way you like it best and it will be prepared in front of your eyes. You can also enjoy warm dishes like crispy bacon, white sausages or even Kaiserschmarrn.

The regionality of our products is especially important to us.

Many things are ORGANIC, such as the homemade Bircher Muesli and yoghurt from the Wohlfahrt family here from Pfronten. Also our teas, six kinds of muesli, honey and jams are organic or even homemade. 

The rolls, pretzels and bread come from the Füssen bakery  Brunner, the sausages from the butcher Janke in Seeg and our mountain cheese from the alpine dairy in Weizern.

We even have soy and lactose-free milk (always) and gluten-free rolls (please order in advance).
